Dear students and teachers,
I would like to welcome you all back to St. Louis High School, and especially I would like to extend a warm welcome to all the new students and members of staff that are joining us this year.
I hope all of you had a great summer packed with fun and exciting activities, and that this school year will be a memorable one for you.
On the academic side, I wish you all the very best for your studying and exams. One of the most important points I would like to highlight is during the year try to get involved as much as possible in activities within the school community. Do I have to remind you that International Day is coming up? Also enjoy your involvement during CAS activities. I can say from personal experience that nothing is more rewarding than giving some of your time to others who need it.
As Harriet Tubman (an African-American abolitionist that lived between the late 1800s and the early 1900s) said “Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world.”
So, be guided by these wise words and strive all year long to change something, even small, so that it will benefit others that live in our same world.
Best regards,
Enrico,
Communications Officer
